Gorgeous and deliciously soft black velvet dress for a special evening.
The bodice is pleated into the wide neckline and the sleeves come to just below the elbow. The skirt is pleated into the waistline. Below-knee length. Closes with a nylon zip in the back (not the original zip) and is fully lined. There are no labels, but the fabric appears to be rayon velvet. 1960s.
